Celiac Support Info

There are many information sources on gluten-free diets, celiac disease, and wheat allergies. Most of it is from credible sources, but often you will find conflicting information. Compare sources, look for credentials, and seek the most recent information.
Below are some of the books, magazines, and support groups that I found while writing this book. New studies and books are published frequently, and can be found by doing a simple internet search. This list is not exhaustive, but provides a good starting point.
