This weekend I noticed oranges and grapefruits from Chile in my produce market. I tried the ruby red grapefruit and found it extra sweet and refreshing. Strawberry Shortcake Cookies
The sweet smell of strawberries in my local fruit and vegetable market inspired me to seek a cookie recipe for these delicious seasonal berries.
